On January 13, the 2022 Autumn semester’s school closing ceremony was held in the concert hall. The ceremony was hosted by Wang Jiacheng and Zuo Qiuyili from Class 2203.

At the ceremony, the Director of Student Development Department, Mr. Fu Zhilong, read out the decision to award outstanding students. The Vice Principal, Mr. Zeng Fanxin, and the Principal, Mr. Lin Suihong, presented the Self-discipline Award and Class Leader Award respectively to the students with outstanding performance in this semester to show their recognition and encouragement. They also hoped that more students could follow their example.

Bao Tianqi, the outstanding student representative of Class 2201, gave a speech on behalf of all the students. He reviewed his progress and growth in this semester and expressed his sincere thanks to the teachers in the heartfelt language.

On behalf of all the teachers, the foreign teacher, Ms. Asma Ahmed Bristy expressed her ardent expectations for the students and encouraged them to learn English with her own Chinese learning experience. Her standard Chinese pronunciation won warm applause and cheers from the students.

After watching the semester review video which is full of good memories, Principal Lin Suihong made a concluding speech, affirmed the excellent performance of the students in this semester, and also put forward the requirements and expectations of the students in the next semester.

The end of the semester is also the starting point. Let us adjust our state during the winter vacation and then set sail again. We expect hard work, new highs, continued excellence in the new semester!
